Bad experiences with Silversea promotions,
We had signed a reservation for a plot, in which they had been verbally promised that the construction after payment of the 30 percent would take about 8 -12 months. (my brooker was with us)
They put pressure on you because if you don't sign, the plot can be gone.
We came this and we were sent a contract with a delivery date of more than 1.5 years difference. Instead of an expected completion at the end of December 2026, taking into account some delay.
We got a date of Jan 1, 2027 with the announcement that it could also take another 6 months without a statement of reason,
Now we wanted to get rid of the contract and our 6000 euros reservation costs back. We did not get this back, not even after the help of our lawyer.
To which they told me that they had indicated this several times, which was a lie
At one point there were some promises that the delivery might be a bit earlier.
Confidence was gone. And didn't want to continue with them either.
So be careful before you sign something, everything in consultation with your lawyer.
